With over 1500 recipes, fitness videos, sleep resources, savings calculators and money management tips, employees can take control of their own health, fitness and finances. They can also take advantage of affordable deals on dental, optical and non-urgent surgical care.

MyCanford is easily accessible via desktop, mobile, or tablet, making it convenient for employees to use as, when and where they choose.
