Working under the direction of the Head of Housekeeping and the Registered Manager, to ensure the highest possible standards of cleanliness in all parts of the home.

Working with the Home Manager to provide managerial oversight during the night shifts to ensure consistency and ensure that the night team are following policies and procedures and delivering a high standard of care as expected by the company.

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Technician to join the team. The role will include taking responsibility for health and safety, general decoration, maintenance and repair throughout the Home.

To assist with the recreational, therapeutic and social aspects of all the residents’ activities inside and outside of the home. To assist in the promotion of the home within the local community and ensure that members of the community are aware of the positive and therapeutic aspects of the activities being provided.

As a Senior Care Assistant/ Med Tech you will show warmth and support to the residents, helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhance the lives of the individuals in your care. You will have a Medication Administration qualification and have a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role and ideally an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
