Justyna came to Hampton as deputy manager in November 2022. In February 2024 she was promoted to home manager after the departure of our previous manager.
As well as being a trained medical technician in her native Poland, Justyna is an experienced carer who worked her way up from being a care assistant to home manager after arriving here in the UK 17 years ago. One of her proudest achievements includes establishing a dementia unit from scratch, leading this for over five years before making the move to Hampton.
Care is a true passion for Justyna and now she could not imagine doing anything else. For her, the connections with the residents, their relatives and staff, as well as the close-knit family feel of the home, is what makes working in care so special.

Our home manager is supported by a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, carers, housekeeping, activities, facilities, administrative and catering staff who all receive regular in-house training from our learning and development team.

The mix of people who live here is a big part of what makes Hampton so special. Everybody socialises together, where possible, so we find that a lot of our residents like to look out for each other and to befriend and help people older or less able than themselves. We find that makes for a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a strong family feel, and helps our residents to make friends and enjoy their lives here.
