Sharon Smith

Head of Administration

Sharon started working for the company as secretary to the Managing Director in 1995, becoming Head of Administration in 2016. Over the years she has built up a wealth of knowledge of the health and social care sector and experience of using the various systems involved in running our business – from purchase ordering, HR and finance to payroll and reporting.

She oversees all administrative functions throughout the group, ensuring that all our homes’ administration team are completing their tasks efficiently and to the highest standard possible. She is also involved in the training, induction and ongoing support of any new members who join our administration teams.

Sharon is also heavily involved in the management of our IT systems, working with external providers to ensure that all systems and IT equipment are full up to date and working effectively to ensure the smooth running of the business.
